		<description>This was a great post. It helps to know that I am not the only one who has to focus on eating well. Just like the physical training we do for our races, our eating has to be approached in the same manner: good planning and consistency. Taking 30 minutes each day to prep veggies, trim meat/fish, cut fruit, etc. for our daily meals makes it much easier to eat healthy.</description>
