Cait,

I would love to hear some suggestions/ recommendations on how to beat the indoor training blues. I believe your winter has been as bad as ours. I generally like to spend some time on the mountain bike, or trail running. However this winter has proven tough with the snow and slop.
What are some of the tips you use to 'break up' time spent on the trainer or treadmill?

Can you talk about how you stay on "Core" when you are training like a maniac and everyone around you thinks (maybe yourself too) that you should be able to eat whatever you want?

Could use some personal motivation!
