I’m pretty pumped about how the race went this weekend!  Not only am I happy with my race, but – even better – 3 of my 4 guys nailed their performances!  

Sticking to the Core Diet and not losing your mind can be tough!  Here are three things that I find helpful when that doughnut on the table in the office break room starts yelling a bit too loudly.  

‘Cause I got nothin’!  

Sometimes it can be tough to find new nutrient-dense recipes, so I put together some of my favorite simple, healthy concoctions.  

I’m generally not one for changing something just because it happens to be the first day of a new calendar year (or because the Easter Bunny is coming in 40 days), but this year I used January 1st to start – actually, stop something I’ve been meaning to for a while.    

I’m back!  December (and the first half of January) flew by – I’ve got some stories to tell and random talking to do!  I’m going to kick off the 2010 Blog Season by posting each day for the next five days.  First up: The Wedding!
