The taper is in full swing!  Had a nice recovery week last week, raced  the boys on Saturday at a local sprint, and have a decent but tapered  bit of training this week. Last week, what with the light volume and all, I started an Organic Chemistry class.  Woop woop!  I know, I know, it’s the hardest class you ever took, or watched others take.

My pal Chrissie K and I are taking this on together, and we will  conquer it!  Bring it on carbon!

I’ve also had a lot more time for “story books”.  This is what Jesse calls any reading material that is not written in article, study, or text book format.  Booooriiiing!  Not that I don’t like a good study or text book, but I love a great story.  A few recent ones that I’d recommend are Still Alic голова болит секс

Soooo good!

Mikaela and I fly out on Sarurday, the big training is done, the speed indicators are there, the volume’s banked, the body composition is the best it’s been.  Let’s do this! голова болит секс

I am so excited for you and look forward to you kicking some major booty in Kona. I’m a fellow New Englader who has followed your career for a long time and hope that your race on Saturday comes together in a big way. good luck to all the other QT2 racers, especially patrick since he took great care of me at FastSplits.
