4 days, 26 people, 2 houses, 13 hours in the saddle, 35+ miles running, a two-mile open water TT, 2 massage therapists, my little sister, too many gels to count, a 6-foot sub, and a flying beer can, all in scenic Vermont – now that’s a training weekend!!

What a couple weeks! We spent Memorial Day weekend and this past weekend in NH, training in some pretty beautiful, quiet areas. On Memorial Day we hiked up at Franconia Notch (up Old Bridal Path and Falling Waters). It was a nice mid-season switch-up with some amazing views. These photos don’t quite do it justice, but I tried:
